The TELUS PharmaConnect app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) lets you manage your prescriptions from your mobile device or computer. With this free app, you can:
- View your prescription profile and medication details.
- Request refills for yourself, dependents, or pets.
- Submit new prescription photos.
- Get notifications when your medications are ready.
- Confirm pickup times and manage multiple prescriptions — all without a phone call or in-store wait.
To use it, your pharmacy must be enabled for the PharmaConnect system so it can link your prescription profile to the app.
How to sign up:
- Download the App: Search for TELUS PharmaConnect on Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) and install it.
- Create Your Account: Open the app and follow the steps to create a new account — you’ll enter basic details like name and date of birth (make sure these match what your pharmacy has on file).
- Link to Your Pharmacy: After logging in, choose the option to link your account to your existing prescriptions. You’ll typically need a personal registration code your pharmacy provides. If you don’t have a code, contact your pharmacy and ask them to give you one.
